ABOUT

Crumb Productions, founded by Linda A. Knoll, connects investors, actors, and entertainment professionals to the projects that tell the important stories.

Linda is a native Brooklyn girl who grew up knowing her biggest strength was storytelling. She began writing and developing creative stories from a young age. In high school, she produced her first short film and subsequently won her first award.

In 2016, Linda was asked to raise money for a small film. From there, she went on to partner with Maven Pictures, now called Maven Screen Media with producing partners Celine Rattray and Trudie Styler. Through this partnership, she helped raise money for six of their projects. In 2018 she became associate producer on The Kindergarten Teacher starring Maggie Gyllenhaal, which won the Director’s Prize at Sundance in 2018. She has since produced Christmas With Felicity (2021) with Very Merry Entertainment and is currently executive producing Obama Mama: The Brave Journey of Ann Dunham with her company Crumb Productions.

Other projects include the films Skin (2018), Driveways (2019), and Human Capital (2019).

When the pandemic shut down filming in 2020, Linda shifted her attention to script creation and began participating in three writers’ rooms. Her latest venture is heading up HERFLIX’s web 3 development into the Metaverse. HERFLIX is a streaming company that focuses on films for, about, and by women.

Linda holds a degree in speech language pathology from Northeastern University. In addition to producing films, she focuses her strong language skills on helping people with language learning disorders. Linda founded Crumb Productions in 2018, is a signatory company with the WGA.

Crumb Productions is named after Linda’s late mini dachshund who, though small, was very fierce.
